2. Description of Service

BJJ Database is a web application that provides information about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu positions, transitions, and techniques. Registered users can create and save personal gameplans.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain more than one account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the service without permission

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any gameplans you create. By using the service, you grant us the right to store and display your gameplans to you. We do not claim ownership over your user-generated content.

The BJJ Database service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. BJJ techniques shown are for educational purposes only - practice safely under proper supervision.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. We are not liable for any injuries that may occur from practicing BJJ techniques.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the effective date when changes are made.
