Position Details
The low double attacks below the knees, grabbing around the ankles or calves. It's effective at distance and harder to sprawl on.

- Shoot from distance, going very low
- Grab around both ankles or calves
- Pull their legs together while driving your head forward
- Finish by driving them backward
